The Top 4 Argan Oil Uses
Argan Oil is everywhere these days. But why? What is special about Argan Oil and why is it so popular? Following are the top 4 Argan Oil uses:
Argan Oil for your hair
Argan Oil has gained a lot of popularity because of hair care products that promote it.
Pure Argan Oil is amazing on the scalp. It soothes dry, itchy scalp. And it helps with flaking. And surprisingly, it also helps balance out an oily scalp. So both types can benefit from use.
In the hair itself, real Argan Oil can rebuild damaged hair, leaving it feeling very soft. But pure Argan Oil is better to be used as a treatment rather than a daily hair styling product. (Unless you rub just a drop between your palms and smooth it through your hair. Any more than that and it will look greasy.)
As for a treatment, our suggestion is to massage a good amount into the scalp and damp hair in the evening before bed. In the morning, wash and style as usual. You will notice your hair feels softer and and looks shinier. Be sure to cover your pillow with a towel as you sleep!
Argan Oil for mom and baby
Argan Oil is amazing during pregnancy. It will soothe stretching bellies, helping to prevent stretch marks. Argan Oil can produce relief for many skin irritations that occur during pregnancy (Moms will know what we are talking about!)
On babies, Argan Oil can be a one-stop solution for issues such as: baby eczema, baby rash, cradle cap, baby acne and diaper rash.
Don’t forget to apply Argan Oil when breastfeeding. Not only is it perfectly safe for baby, but it will quickly soothe the pains and cracks that breastfeeding can bring.
Argan Oil for your nails
If you have dry, cracked, weak nails, Argan Oil is exactly what you’re looking for. Because of the incredibly high content of Vitamin E, Argan oil will help to rebuild nail beds and cuticles resulting in healthier nails. Dipping your fingers in a small bowl of Argan Oil will produce almost instant results. In Morocco, women often mix a few drops of lemon juice with a small dish of Argan Oil to soak the cuticles.5.
Argan Oil for your skin
We have saved the best for last: Argan Oil is wonderful on the skin. Helping with everything from cracked heels to chapped lips, Argan Oil will soothe the skin, absorbing quickly and bringing great results.
It is a powerful moisturizer for the face and will not leave it greasy or oily. It actually helps to clear the skin of blemishes and to restore its natural balance.
Exfoliating is a great idea before applying Argan Oil. If possible, use some sort of clay mask, or exfoliating mitt or brush in the shower and once dry, apply Argan Oil liberally - especially at night. Your skin will glow and will feel 10 years younger.

Great suggestion!
Should you use the oil on the entire body daily? Or is it just as effective when used a few times per week? How much oil should be used when used on the body? I love to use it but feel like I’m going to go through my supply of oil way too fast, especially since my eye glass dropper broke!
Thanks,
Ash
Hello Ash!
You are right — you will go through a bottle quite quickly if you do your whole body every day. If I were you I might just be consistent with your face and other spots that you really want the oil to work on…. (For me it is my face, neck, chest elbows, knees, heels, cuticles…)
